      30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with Speed Signal AI within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
    

Refund eligibility is never based on market outcomes. Speed Signal AI is screening and analytics software for informational and educational purposes only; it does not provide investment advice or recommendations and does not guarantee any financial result. This policy does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund through any of these channels:

Once your refund is processed, Stripe submits the refund to your original payment method. Timing depends on your payment method and financial institution.

What's Covered

New subscriptions: Full refund within 30 days of your first paid Pro charge, whether you started with a trial or subscribed directly
Pro trial: If you cancel during the 7-day Pro trial, you are not charged at all
Annual plans: Full refund within 30 days of the annual payment

Outside the 30-Day Window

Refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial paid charge
Duplicate or fraudulent refund requests

After the 30-day window you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Account terminations for violations are handled under our Terms of Service.

Payment Processor

Payments and refunds are processed securely through Stripe. Speed Media Group LLC is the merchant and seller of record for the Service. Stripe processes payment transactions on our behalf; Speed Signal AI does not store your full payment card information.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. If your original payment method is expired, closed, or unavailable, your financial institution may handle the refund according to its own rules.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription online at any time, without contacting anyone: open the dashboard and go to Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing. You can also cancel by contacting [email protected] or using live chat on the dashboard. When you cancel:

You retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made
No partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period (except within the 30-day guarantee window)
