Speed Signal AI is a stock market scoring and analysis platform that scans US equities (Russell 3000 + S&P 500 + Nasdaq 100) daily, scores each ticker on multiple technical and fundamental factors, and presents results in an interactive dashboard. The Service includes:
To access the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person. Creating duplicate accounts (including for additional free trials) is prohibited and may result in termination.
The Service is offered through a free account and a paid Pro subscription plan:

By purchasing a subscription, you enter into an agreement with Speed Media Group LLC for access to the Service. Stripe processes payment transactions on our behalf and may provide checkout, billing, invoice, receipt, tax-calculation, and refund-processing services.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee for the renewal period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund.

OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU DURING THE 12-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speed Signal AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your investment decisions made using information from the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
Payment transactions, subscription billing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and buyer disputes are handled by Speed Media Group LLC using Stripe payment processing services and applicable payment-network rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Speed Signal AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
